Maple banana bread
Ingredients:
4 bananas (very ripe)
1/2 brown sugar or Farnham Farm maple sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Farnham Farm maple syrup
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
Optional:
Chocolate chips
Walnuts
Instructions:

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mash bananas, add sugar, mix until combined. Add eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted butter. Mix until liquids are incorporated.
- Add remaining dry ingredients (salt, baking soda, and flour), stir just until combined - be careful not to over mix.
- Grease a 9 x 3 loaf pan and pour batter in evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy! Tip - top with maple butter!
