Salted Maple caramel sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups Farnham Farm maple syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup salted butter
pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Using a thick bottomed, deep pot, heat maple syrup on medium heat. Softly boil for about 15 minutes (stirring occasionally), or until it reaches the softball stage.
- Stir in the butter until completely melted, then add cream - stirring constantly.
- Add salt and stir.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Use for dipping apple slices, drizzle over ice cream, popcorn, or your favorite dessert.
