Maple bacon sweet potato hash
Ingredients:
4 TBS Farnham Farm Maple Syrup
4 cups Sweet Potato (bite sized chunks)
1lb Bacon (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:

4 cups Sweet Potato (bite sized chunks)
1lb Bacon (chopped)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in large skillet (medium heat), stirring occasionally, until lightly crispy.
- Remove bacon and set aside. Drain all but 2 tbs of the bacon grease from the skillet.
- Add sweet potatoes and cinnamon. Cook the potatoes for about 15 minute or until tender.
- Add the bacon and maple syrup. Cook until all has been warmed and mixed.
- For extra maple flavor, simply add more syrup!
- Serve and enjoy!
